12. Termination

We may suspend/terminate Your account immediately for:

• Breach of Terms,
• Legal/regulatory requirements,
• Non-payment of fees,
• Fraudulent/illegal activity.

Upon termination:

• Your access ceases immediately.
• Stored data may not be retrievable.
• Refunds will be governed by Expression of Interest (EOI) agreements.

13. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
• Sole Arbitrator appointed by Rewealth.
• Seat of Arbitration: Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
• Language: English.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Notices

Notices to Rewealth: Noida, Uttar pradesh

Notices to User: Sent to registered email ID.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure/delay due to circumstances beyond our control, including fire, flood, strikes, war, hacking, or government action.

17. Miscellaneous

• Survival: Certain obligations (confidentiality, indemnity, IP rights) survive termination.
• Severability: Invalid clauses will not affect enforceability of others.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement.
• Assignment: Users cannot assign rights; Rewealth may transfer its rights without notice.
• Modifications: Terms may be updated from time to time; continued use = acceptance.

18. Investigations & Legal Remedies

We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement. We reserve the right to pursue all legal remedies for breach of these Terms.

19. Refund Policy

Refunds will be initiated strictly as per the Expression of Interest (EOI) submitted by investors. Please review EOI terms before committing.
